Our extra curricular and visiting scholars programs enhance the visibility of PINC by sharing with the broader psychoanalytic community our innovative and creative approach to analytic education.
The Extra-Curricular Education Committee also aims to develop the membership of PINC by creating venues for teaching and presenting academic work in interactive dialogue between members, candidates, and the community. The educational series of programs include courses and seminars concentrating on clinical themes as well as the interrelationships between psychoanalysis, the arts, and the socio-cultural and political domains.
The Visiting Scholars Committee’s mission is to enhance and broaden psychoanalytic knowledge and understanding throughout the PINC community by presenting visits (in person or virtual) by highly reputed and experienced analytic clinician-scholars from the United States and international.
