This series of classes will provide an introduction to psychoanalytic thinking for both early career clinicians and those in the field who are interested in learning more about psychoanalysis. Psychoanalytic principles can be helpful in understanding and working with individuals who struggle with personal and relational issues, particularly those who have experienced early trauma. Section one will take up the idea of psychoanalytic process as a medium for treatment.
